In most circumstances, the best parents are both parents. I will assist you at determining the best parenting schedule for your families needs, including international visitation, out-of-state visitation, joint physical custody, and the most typical visitation.

I can refer you to Guardian Ad Litems*, individuals who are experts at re-creating visitation in a positive and healthy environment for the minor children involved. Additionally, there are psychologists available to assist you and your child through parenting schedules.

*A Guardian Ad Litem is an adult who is appointed by the court to serve the best interests of a minor child. This differs from an Attorney for the Minor Child who must advocate for the child's wishes.
