A seasoned litigator and negotiator, Ali joined the firm after spending nearly three years engaged in liti-gation as an advocate in the Juvenile Courts in New Haven and Hartford counties. She has a deep under-standing of the special attention needed to protect children during divorce proceedings. Her experience working in the juvenile courts prepared her for matrimonial law.

Ali now is lead attorney on matrimonial cases negotiating alimony and child support, division of property and liabilities, connecting clients for pension and business valuations, and working with clients through complex employee compensation packages. She honed her skills through successfully trying cases in the Connecticut Juvenile Courts and working closely with families through various court proceedings. A pas-sionate advocate for her clients, Ali’s empathy and attention to detail help them achieve their specific goals.

Ali is a born leader and currently sits on the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Bar Association Young Lawyers Section. She firmly believes in the importance of giving back and has been an active vol-unteer in the community working at the Civil Justice Clinic during her time at Law School and served as Vice President of the Public Interest Law Project, and Community Service Co-Chair of the Society for Dis-pute Resolution. Her dedication to the community has been recognized with awards for both Excellence in Community Service and Excellence in Clinical Work. A personal career highlight was when she testified in front of the Connecticut State Legislature in favor of the urgent need for equality in healthcare coverage.

Prior to joining The Prince Law Group, she served as an Attorney at GKL Law, LLC.

Ali is a native of Queens, NY and loves visiting family and friends across the five boroughs. She currently lives in Stamford, CT and enjoys cooking new recipes, and spending time curled up with a book and her cat, Henry.
