Ms. Mann joined the Prince Law Group after litigating personal injury and contractual cases in New York and Connecticut courts for 20 years. She changed her focus to matrimonial and family law when her empathy and consideration of others became a liability in litigation. She is now able to use her litigation and personal skills to guide clients through any mediation and court appearance. Her experience at her family’s general practice firm in Port Chester, New York taught her the importance of client contact and satisfaction. Her experience in representing, and suing, insurance companies in coverage disputes allows her to quickly read, interpret, and explain legalese. She is pleased to now do this for her matrimonial clients from prenuptial agreements to final divorce decrees.
She is a graduate of Greenwich Academy and was awarded her B.A. in American History from Bethany College in Bethany, West Virginia. Upon her college graduation, she attended St. John’s University School of Law, where she earned her J.D.
After being admitted to the New York and Connecticut courts, Ms. Mann represented the nation’s largest insurance companies in actions arising out of personal injury and insurance coverage. She also spent many years litigating the same type of cases on the plaintiff side. She has appeared before the Court of Appeals and the Appellate Division of the State of New York, where she zealously represented her clients both in writing and in oral argument.
Ms. Mann grew up in Greenwich, Connecticut and knows the area and its residents well. She is licensed in the state and federal courts of New York and state courts of Connecticut. She is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers
