Remote Resolution Plan Date (RRPD) – With family relations only, no appearance before a Judge. Provides an opportunity to learn about the court process, determine the specific issues in your case, the likelihood of reaching an agreement, and the amount of court involvement needed. At the end, an Action Plan will be recommended by Family Services to the court.
- Participation of all appearing parties and counsel is mandatory
- Teams meeting with Family Services only

Remote Status Conference (RSC) – Purpose to inform Judge about case and concerns, no orders
- Participation of counsel is mandatory, parties usually do not attend, Judges discourage parties from being present during status conferences because they are not on the record.
- Email addresses must be provided to the family clerk within 3 days of JDNO notice.
Remote Case Date (RCD) – Court addresses pending motions in ongoing divorces with the ability to enter orders or post-judgment motions with the ability to enter orders. Appear with Family Services via conference call only for 45 minutes prior to going on Teams virtual meeting with Judge and on the record with Court reporter. At the beginning of the Teams meeting, Family Services or the guardian ad litem, if applicable; the entry of further scheduling orders and/or agreements reached; and such other matters as may be subsequently scheduled by the court for said date.
- Participation of all appearing parties and counsel is mandatory
- If matter involves concerns regarding finances or child support, a financial affidavit and child support guidelines are ordered to be exchanged at least 5 days before Case Date.
- Proposed orders and exhibits required at least 5 days prior to Remote Case Date.
- Prior to Court appearance a Mandatory Family Relations phone conference will be held with all parties. (45 minutes)
- After Family Relation’s phone conference, Teams video Court appearance with Judge is only 45 minutes. The Court will not hear matters that it deems will take longer than 45 minutes. This is for purposes of proposed orders and evidence to be submitted.

Remote Hearing
- Participation of all appearing parties and counsel is mandatory.
- Proposed Orders, Witness List, Exhibit List, Pre-Marked Exhibits, Document reflecting what exhibits are stipulated to be entered in to evidence and what are being objected to must be provided. Updated financial affidavit and/or Child Support Guidelines also necessary depending on what the substance of the Hearing.
- Email addresses must be provided to within 3 days of JDNO notice.
- If both parties fail to respond matter will be dismissed, if one party fail to response the matter may go forward and orders may be entered which may affect non appearing party.
- Email will be sent with instructions for how to participate right after confirmation with Video Microsoft Teams.
- Remote Hearings begin on Teams at the specified time and continue on as if a Hearing in Court – i.e., morning recess, 1 hour lunch break from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. and afternoon recess.
- If Hearing does not finish within one day, the Court will schedule additional time per its availability and the availability of counsel.
