Biography

Erica's practice focuses on Collaborative Divorce. Erica's litigation background coupled with her extensive training in Alternative Dispute Resolution has provided her with the skills and knowledge base necessary to be a strong advocate or neutral third party in the Collaborative Divorce Practice.

The Collaborative Divorce Practice provides a confidential process whereby families can go through their divorce and resolve their legal issues within unique and flexible forum with the professional support of neutral experts.

Erica advises clients that working from their goals versus positions lends itself to solutions allowing for creativity, peace, and stability to a tumultuous situation with the added benefit of not elevating the dispute to a contentious battle. By utilizing her legal and personal skills, Erica employs the methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution to empower her clients with the ability to be in control of the design and outcome of their lives, allowing the family unit to continue to function and thrive while their relationship transforms to a new dynamic.
